APA SIGNS OUTLAW COUNTRY ROYALTY, SHOOTER JENNINGS

“The Other Life” Album and Short Film slated for March 12 Release

Nashville, TN (February 6, 2013) – APA Nashville has signed Outlaw Country royalty, Shooter Jennings.  Jennings’ new album, THE OTHER LIFE (Black Country Rock/Entertainment One Nashville), and its short film will be released on March 12, 2013.

“With Shooter’s multi-talented interests in music, film, television and merchandising, there is a virtual franchise of opportunities everywhere you turn,” commented APA Nashville’s Stu Walker. “We could not be more excited to be working with him.”

The only child of country music icons Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter, Shooter debuted on the country music chart with “4th of July” from his 2005 critically acclaimed album, PUT THE “O” BACK IN COUNTRY.  He has since released four other albums, including his upcoming  THE OTHER LIFE.

Jennings also continues his 7-year tenure on Sirius XM’s Outlaw Country channel with his signature show, “Electric Rodeo.” He has worn many hats throughout his career as the self-described “son of a rebel saint,” the hell-raising vigilante minister of the revival of true country music, a radical prophet who uses rock ‘n’ roll as his medium, and the guiding light for an ever-growing army of young musicians who, like Shooter himself, are outsiders in today’s music business.  For upcoming tour dates, visit www.shooterjennings.com.
